My client are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in selling construction software solutions and a proven track record of generating new business. The successful candidate will leverage their existing construction industry contacts to build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging your industry network.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and software demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on high-value contracts.

About You

  • Proven experience in selling construction software solutions (essential).
  • Strong network of contacts within the construction industry, with a deep understanding of client needs and market challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
