As their Product Director, you’ll join a growing team based in Coimbra, responsible for the development and delivery of market-leading products and cutting-edge technology that keep the business at the forefront of the industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, commercial acumen, and a robust background in digital transformation.
What’s in it for you as Product Director:
- Base salary up to €125,000 + 20% bonus (Paid out in full over the past 3 years).

Key Responsibilities as Product Director:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive vision and roadmap for existing and future product offerings, with a strong emphasis on maximising commercial success and revenue potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment and effective communication in decision-making processes.
- Lead a diverse team of 8 across 3 squads focused on projects for their European operations, ensuring career development and scaling the team across disciplines.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness.
- Drive success through the commercial viability of products, leveraging experience in managing multi-million Euro budgets to achieve strategic objectives.
