You will ensure the company issues are logged within their IT Helpdesk ticket management system and provide 1st Line remote support to clear a backlog of tickets on specific Student / Lecturer issues.
- Active Directory experience - creating users, amending security groups, extension attributes, proxy addresses
- An excellent knowledge of MS 365 administration and Exchange online - assigning licences, creating users, mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution lists etc
