Following a recently completed acquisition, a market-leading consumer services business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation and is looking for a Business Change Project Manager to join their team. Backed by a major private investment group with a track record of building market leading business’, the company is expanding its footprint and evolving into a broader home services platform.

This role offers the chance to help shape the future as it becomes part of a wider European vision. The ambition: to grow into the go-to provider for all in-and-around-the-home services across the UK and Europe.

  • Leading complex business change initiatives from planning to implementation.
  • Supporting legal negotiations and transitioning into a new structure.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to define objectives and success criteria.
  • Overseeing customer and systems migrations in partnership with internal tech teams.
  • Helping to establish project delivery best practices across a scaling organisation.

To be successful as the Project Manager, all you need to have is;
You’ll need to bring a mix of gravitas, pace, and strategic awareness. Specifically:
? Strong business change experience (not just IT project delivery)
? Experience working with boards and senior leaders on transformation projects
? Track record of building or refining project and change management processes
? Able to handle legal, operational, and tech-focused workstreams
