This is a great opportunity to join a leading multinational organisation and play a key role in the expansion of the business’ platform roll out into Europe.
The role is a hybrid role that combines application support and issue triage, hands on configuration, technical and business analysis and some PHP development.
You’ll be deep diving into data flows, become an expert on the system and understand why it can’t handle certain scenarios. You’ll be able to identify the need for new requirements and write up the specifications before sending to the development team, but you’ll also be able to carry out small parts of development yourself – although you won’t need to be an expert.
Understanding and carrying out technical analysis is key to the position.
You might have started out in a Support or Development role and become a Technical Analyst, or you might be Technical Business Analyst who can be hands on to make small fixes. You might have come from a small team where you needed to take on multiple responsibilities and can adapt fast.
To be successful, you will need:
- Prior experience within service desk or IT support environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in Functional, Technical or Business Analysis
- Experience or an interest in PHP (don’t require framework knowledge)
- Basic understanding of APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL
- Experience of version control
- Experience of Agile Methodology
- Fluent in Czech and English
