The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for our valued clients, responsible for:

  • Renewals and Upselling: Proactively managing account renewals and increasing client spend by identifying additional needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivating long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic Growth: Collaborating with clients to uncover opportunities for expanded service adoption.
  • Client Success: Acting as the go-to resource for addressing client questions and concerns, ensuring they see the full value of our services.

  • Proven Experience: Previous success in account management within the Cyber Security sector is essential.
  • Sales Skills: A strong focus on upselling, renewals, and expanding account portfolios.
  • Charisma and Empathy: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
  • Adaptability: You’re a fast learner, open to coaching, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
